Gosh, it’s been a while since I’ve posted my diet.  Mostly I’ve grown tremendously used to being vegan in 11 days and I haven’t even been thinking about it any more.  That being said, I had my first accidental nonvegan experience yesterday — I ordered a ”tofu caprese” sandwich, and I don’t think I said tofu loudly enough and I got the mozzarella kind of caprese.  I was about halfway through it, and thinking that the tofu had a texture amazingly like mozzarella– and I realized, oh no, this isn’t tofu, this is mozzarella.  I scraped off the mozzarella and ate the rest of the sandwich, and it was fine.  So uh, yeah, first messup on this vegan thing.  Yikes.  I hope that won’t happen again!  But I figure the occasional messup happens, I’ll just move on :) 

Today though:

Lunch:

Bagel (!) with Tofutti cream cheese

apples and peanut butter

Snack:

dark chocolate candy cane bark

Dinner

Chipotle burrito with rice, black beans, peppers and onions, mild salsa, extra mild salsa, some hot salsa, corn, guacamole, and lettuce
